SPORTS LUXE: THROW A WANG

with its wishlist of current Alexander Wang pieces, prompted by the news that Wang's collection in collaboration with H&M was due to hit stores on 6th November. Apparently, I loved it so much that I put together my version of a mega clean and simple sporty look. You could say that throwing a Wang without serious deconstruction is like making lemonade without lemons but there's more to Alex's aesthetics than the obvious.

Even though I happen to own a red leather bag, something of a minimal leather satchel, which the edit suggested, I decided to pass on that one - I would much rather grab an oversized structured white vintage bag or a small boxy shoulder bag as I really want to keep the look razor-sharp and not steer into cute territory. You tell me, but I think I did fine, looking surprisingly neat in spite of myself... oh well, it'll pass.
